Hi
I did a search over here but didn't find too much on this subject.
I'm using linux and have a D30.
I can extract pictures from the camera to harddisk with gphoto2.
I know it's possible to read the EXIF in linux. Didn't try that yet but I know it's possible.
But so far I have only taken jpeg-pictures because ...
Well, because I don't know how to decode the RAW.
Does anyone know if it is possible?
Is there a sort of LinearSharpen for linux too?
Or is the difference between jpeg and RAW soo small I should just keep using jpeg?
Thanks
