I saw this pristine Mk1 Lotus Cortina at the Scottish Motorsport show on 24 Feb. Not many about now.

This nice clean engine bay is from a Peugeot also at the show , I can't remember what model. I don't think the engine is Peugeot (?)

These are the crossover header pipes on a Triumph Scrambler in the motorcycle display. A particularily eye catching piece of engineering I think.

Mmmmmm that cortina is gorgeous , it looks minty fresh too ! the engine in the pug look to be a "boxer" (flat four)and with the "sti" there its probably a scoob unit , i'm sure the many imprezza fans here will confirm or deny .

Aye defoo an EJ20 or even and EJ25 Flat four Boxer engine from the Impreza/Sti. Later model as well with the straight turbo intake pipe in apposed to the angled version. Quite a few bits missing from it as well but the buggers in there none the less.

Nice Pics Buddy

As a Subaru fan, I can definitely verify that that engine is an STi engine (EJ series, if you want to be technical).

edit: Didn't see the post above mine. That doesn't look like a 2.5 litre, but I could be wrong.
