I am starting to shoot RAW and have a couple of questions; Upon conversion (ZoomBroser OEM software) of a RAW file, we are given the option of changing exposure, color temp, saturation, etc. As a rule with a properly exposed photo should most be left at the "default" camera setting or changed to standard or 0? Should the minor tweaks be left for PS. :?:

I think that the concensus would be that most of the adjustments to RAW should be make before you convert to TIFF or JPEG. However, with FVU, that my become very time consuming, depending on how many changes you make.

But, from a practical point of view, I don't think it's going to make that much of a difference if you do your adjustments after the conversion in PS, except mabye to very critical and discriminating eyes...and that's a big maybe.
