I'd appreciate your opinion of the following 3 pics. The first two are the same, except for a difference in cropping.
The third is obviously different alltogether.

In my opinion the third is the best. The body language is wrong on the other - the folded arms are saying "Keep away!"
The third one also needs to be rotated anti-clockwise to get those verticals straight. It would also benefit from a slight alteration of the levels to bring back some of the shadow detail. A little USM sharpening would also help too.

Another opinion: I like either of the first two over the third. The left eye looks a bit wierd in the third one. Note that, when you rotate to straighten out the wall, the ladder will be at more of an angle. Not that that's a big thing, but just another reason to go with the others.

I have to go with David. the first too are too stand offish :? I also find what ever that is running down the wall distracting.. Maybe clone it out.

maybe it's just me but the blob of black goo on the wall detracts from the pictures to me. Other than that I think they are good.
