Okay went out last weekend sledding with some friends, figured I'd bring the camera and practice a little. It was black minus two lights so we could see the hill and the fire we were all huddled around, so just my new flash, just wondering if these came out half way decent and what I could have done to improve. Thanks for any help.
The easier shot... how is my lighting?

Some of the shots came out okay, but it's hard to get the right focal point considering they are constantly moving and my camera was having trouble cause the low light, but this is what I got.

This is to just show the power of the flash I was quite impressed the quad was about 200+ ft away...

This was the most difficult shot (I have a bunch like this) I was sitting on the back of the quad, holding on to my camera for dear life, while we towed these two behind us, it was amusing though! Eventually I just pointed the camera in their direction and pressed the button. Redneck games at their best LOL

I know these are just plan snap shots, but I want to improve on learning my flash, so if you have any tips please let me know. BTW these were all at 1600 so ignore the noise, I took as much out as I could. Thanks.
