Looks to me like it's just being used-- there's a reason people shell out for dust/weather proofed gear.

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I did think it was an amusing photo of a photographer.

I see guys like this at almost every airshow I go to and this weekend at the Nellis Airshow I finally just had to grab a shot.
