Which is better ?

I'm currently using a Sigma 105 Macro, but want to get that bit extra magnification. Which would be better to use; a set of Kenko Extension Tubes or a Kenko 2x Teleconverter.

Go the tubes, less optical degradation. Beware though, your working distance will grow shorter...you'll end up having to get closer to the target. TC will give you the magnifcation, and keep your working distance, but you'll lose out optically.
