Has anybody ever tried using a small generator for power for their studio lighting outside??

Or is it just to noisy??

Just a thought that crossed my mind.

The small hondas are very quiet.

The Honda eu2000i and eu3000i generators are listed as super quiet. Something in the 57db range at a few feet. They would work great.

Unless you already have the generator, I would just buy a battery for under $500 bucks. They don't make much noise. ;)
