Small speed fix
This speeds up SQL of photo and list pages when browsing single exhibitions. I sort of "overreacted" to duplicate photos in combined exhibitions and this reverts back to some original code for single exhibitions (which obviously can not possibly have same photo id twice).

Ftp view fix:
removes misc. notices on photo page when "hide file paths" is activated. Fixes a security issue when image can not be found by ftp.
