All the fashion magazines use it - software to make a model slimmer, longer legs, bigger boobs, tinyer waist, tighter butt, better skin, witer teeth and so on.

Now - how do I get some of my subjects to have less chins and less wrinkles?

If you have elements (or CS2) try using the healing brush tool.
