Sterlingtek BP-511 battery Charger

So I just ordered (4) BP-511 style batteries and a charger from Sterlingtek.

For those of you that have purchased one of their chargers, how do you use it? I noticed that it also doubles as a LED flashlight and whatever else the other light is for. But the question is when do you know that the battery it's charging is full? I do also like the fact that it comes with a car charger.

How long does it usually take to charge a battery using the auto?

LED turns green when it's done; it's red while charging. The flashlight only works with a battery in place; it'd be nice if it was able to pull off an internal capacitor.
