I am having problems. Took pictures then downloaded them using ZoomBrowser. They show up as broken and when trying to view as invalid. However, with other software I am having no problems viewing the pictures. Using latest ZoomBrowser software (download 1 week+ ago).

Any suggestions/thoughts?

When I got my 10D a year ago, I had alot of problems with FVU/ZoomBrowser. I switched to BreezeBrowser and no problems since. I never got any good answers to why there are so many problems with FVU.

Scott

I noticed on the Canon site that there is a version 4.6. I am wondering if this version would help. Also, used Photoshop Elements to reduce the quality (size) of a picture and now Zoom Browers states invalid format (for the jpeg) under XP Pro. Also, Zoom Browser has problems or I should say Cisco Secure Agent has problems with Zoom Browser modifing IE.

Help! I do not plan on buying more SW.

Does Zoombrowser improve? My version (2002) was really bad. Same to Scot, I got the BreezeBrowser and no problems ever since.

Actually, I installed it on my laptop running W2K as a test and the "invalid format" issue disappears. I may reload it on my XP box. Also, this version is an improvement - if the "invalid format" goes away I could like this product.
