HiYa...
i just purchased some cokin filters and i have been using the Netural Density ones. I used the ND 121 G8 which is 3 stops and i was wondering once i have it on front of my lens & and i have got a light meter reading do i shoot the scene & thats it or do i from there have to stop down the shutter speed 3 stops??

or does the light meter already make the reading with the cokin filter in place.. im alil confused..

thanx

The camera's metering will account for the filter if it is in place.

Although the subject is resolved, E-TTL is "Evaluative Through the Lens" which means that everything is metered looking thorough the lens, and thus, through the filter as well if it is in front of the lens. Cheers!
