Has anyone any experience with using a small LCD monitor to preview images using video out from a 300D.
I was thinking of a 7" size screen

I have used the screen on my Sony digital cam corder for previewing at the hotel, before my laptop came into play. It works good because the screen is 16:9, but the resolution kinda sux. It works though.

I use a 15 " Sharp LCD TV and love it. I use it to preview my kitchen photography. It's also a kitchen TV so it gets a lot of use. Cost $427 at Best Buy

I notice that a normal everyday 51cm TV is not very good at all.Not much better than the tiny camera screen! :?

I have a Sony XBR HDTV 36 inch and the display of still photos is outstanding. in other words, the quality of the TV makes the difference.
