I like the sense of movement....and the dust. The chest of the horse seems rather dark.
For myself, the picture does not seem complete without the whole horse in the frame unless it was part of a series.

Although......after looking again at the original photo...I think the emphasis of the picture is obviously the sense of movement from the legs.....I think you should crop it to exclude the nose completely.

I was thinking about cropping it but did not feel like doing it right away.
