I dont know whats going on, when i take a pic on manual (which im new to) the pictures are duller in color, and fuzzier than when compared to a pic took in auto mode.
I keep messin' around with it to learn how to make them chrisper.
Can anybody tell me what i might be doing wrong??
thanks in advance

About 1/80 or above is ok to take w/o a tripod. Are you using auto white balance?

Yeah auto white balance, and i think for alot of pics i used like 1/25 - 1/40 with a lower aperture

That's pretty slow for handheld shooting. A tripod is the best solution if you can't get the shutter speed up a bit. Alternatively, you can lean against something solid, or otherwise give the camera a more solid bracing.
Steady is the key.

1. Blurry photos seemed to be camera shake. Tripod / faster shutter speed can be used as advised.
2. Compare your EXIF for photos taken by Manual mode and Auto mode at the same scene. Perhaps you have used wrong exposure in Manual mode.
3. You may also try to use Custom White Balance and compare to the AWB.
4. Keep trying.
