Ok I own a giottos vt-809 and a lowepro slingshot 200 and was wondering if their was anyway to carry the tripod on the bag?

haha, I have a slik sprint pro and a lowepro slingshot 200. I've been working on a way to get it on there.
I wish lowepro would offer one of their accessories that mount up to the straps on the side that would fit a tripod. I'm just working on making something that will fit through that and have a strap on top and bottom to hold the tripod.

Ya I was thinking the samething maybe attaching velcro straps or something

Consider that you area adding pounds of weight onto a bag that already has a lot of weight, and it is all hanging from one shoulder and putting stress on your spine. Better to put the tripod on the opposite side of your body, to more evenly distribute the weight load between your two shoulders -- easier on the shoulder and the spine!
