4x6 Digital Prints on E-Surface Paper

I just got a 300D and I'm enjoying using it. My wife likes to scrapbook and wants 4x6 prints to put in her album and I like Kodak's E-Surface paper. Do any of you get 4x6 prints made from your digital files? Can you recommend an online lab? Do they print on E-Surface paper? I've seen 4x6 prints from MPix.com on E-Surface, but they are $.49 each and I was wondering if I could find the same quality elsewhere for less money.

Have you considered purchasing a photo printer? I have the Canon i960 that prints to 4x6. Quality is absolutely amazing!
