I don't like it... Sorry, but I have to be honest.

That's really not helpful. http://goingmanual.com/photo/tutorials.php?tutid=73#critique
In both shots there are areas that could use more lighting. In the first, it's the hair. In the second, the hard hand shadow is distracting. Not bad aside from that.

I agree with rowdyred. A little more lighting is needed.
In particular, the hair is what is my biggest concern. I hate it when the hair disappears on a subject.
Otherwise, you did OK!

Aside from the lens flare the last on, I kinda like the look here. Just get that hair light of the frame and I think this would work much better.

I like the #1 the most.
#2 and 3 : the make-up look washed out. For me, it's Kinda bad for this type of photo. She have beautiful eyes, you should use more this advantage on your next shooting.
Keep up the good work.
- Lens flair should be banish in every software. Specially when you have a client in your back!

good feedback on the light. I like the concepts of the photos. number 3 is my favorite. i think it might benefit from some shadow adjustment from the left. shadows work well but make sure you dont have a part of the face too dark. keep it up!
