Ughhh, quick story for those who need to kill a minute or two...

So I'm at work and am driving a forklift for quite a ways sort of on a road that just goes out into the middle of nowhere (forest, fields...etc)...

and there to my right on a fence is a beautiful red-tailed....oblivious to my big 10k all-terrain forklift...30 feet away at the most....would have posed nicely for the camera I'm sure of it....

then a little later I pass by a large collection of rain water from the day prior in a large grass clearing and there is a lone egret with the sun rising behind it, not even 100% above the horizon yet.

I need to pick up a small camera case (kata maybe?) and just carry the thing everywhere from now on....i really hate missing stellar shots like that :(

thanks for reading, carry those cameras w/you!

Where can I get an off road forklift?
Mine keeps getting stuck in the drains.

Ah man, I remember those. I've driven those before. I also got to drive the smaller version, but I can't locate a picture of it. I don't even remember what those things were called.

I drive one of those at my Guard Unit from time to time. That is a Deere btw. We just call them 10K forklifts. When you sit in the cab of that thing and gun the throttle....WOW.

Now that just looks cool!
Might be slight over kill for our operation though :)
