20D replacement?

Where is the EOS 20D replacement coming out? I've just been told that I've been scammed by some guy from Krakozhia who sold me a "30D"... apparently, it was a clever scam which involves blending a 20D's front and internals with a chopped off at the bottom 1D II N back. My camera is actually a 20D Mark II, oh no, I've been scammed!! So when does the real announcement of the 30D come out?
