WTB: Manfrotto 804RC2 or 808RC4

I picked up an 808RC4 while on a pilgrimage to B&H in NYC. :) I have an XTi with grip, 420ex, and 28-135 zoom lens, and I wanted a tripod/head that would hold all that stable and have liquid levels so I can line up panoramic shots. I am using the Manfrotto 190XB tripod.
So far the 808RC4 has not disappointed, and the spring balance feature is nifty so you don't slam all your stuff when you are tilting for a portrait format shot.
The head is beefy, with good, smooth controls, and built like a tank. I bounced it off of several subway doors (camera safely back in the bag!) and it took the abuse with no scratches.
