Other than Redeye... looks pretty good... I just used redeye tool in Lightroom (would work about the same in photoshop elements).

Also, played around with cropping, if you want to get rid of some of the background, it works better at a 5x7 aspect ratio than as a 4x6 I thought.

Thanks, I was able to fix redeye in elements and also used 5x7 but when I printed out the picture it came out soft and kind of foggy? Don't know why...I didn't want to sharpen too much because there was some noise in original.

Here is my version.
Red eye removal.
Levels adjustment.
Sharpened.

It might be able to tolerate some additional minor tweaks if I had a raw original to work with, but for a jpg, this would be as much as I would do.
