A tighter crop would bring more definition to the subject manner. The Bokeh is nice, but a little too much of the picture exhibits the Bokeh. IMO a little less of the cats body would be better. Great job focusing on the eyes

It would be kind of tounge-in-cheek if you cropped it the way you crop a portrait of a persons face. Kind of like this...

I used to have a cat that looked exactly like that.
