Wow for a "newbie you have a good eye. I like most of the shots and love seeing new places & sites I would normally never see. The 3rd pic of the rock is cool, maybe get closer though to get the power lines out of the frame and get more of the subject.

Thanks for the comment anyway. the Cradle Rock pics I took from the cable car on the way down the highlands, it's hard to get a good shot from a moving cable car....
Cheers

All great shots.
The indoor shots are so colorful.
Remember to keep "verticals" vertical -- although some of the effects may be related to the lens. They seem a tad undersaturated.
The night shot is super
The night shot is marvelous although a different shooting location, zoom, and a tripod might have pulled the subject forward. Not that the sky and black foreground are not desirable.. but...crisper distant lights might have had even more impact.
The daylight shots
seem a bit flat as to both color and light. The "magic" hours at dusk and dawn offer the most dramatic lighting.
Go for it!

thanks for the comment, I think need some improvement in composition and editing in photoshop! The outdoor shot's is hard to get nice lightning cause the place is in Highland (abour 2000++ feet above sea level) and most of the time is covered by the cold mist. Any idea how to take nice shot on highlands area?
Thanks

Well I am no whiz .. but I have taken bags of film shots at high altitude -- but with the sun present. That seems to me to be the issue.
I suspect that without sun you must at least give us some "whisps" of a view of moutains, rivers, creeks, waterfalls, etc.

Pictures 3 & 5: Power lines detract very badly from pictures. A newbie doesn't see power lines when taking pictures.
Sunset shot needs more dramatic colors; too flat.
Indoor shots have no area of focus.
You're a newbie. But, great promise is seen in your efforts!! :D
