Hello, I was hoping I could get a couple recommendations for the afformentioned utility.
I have a Win 98se system & want an image browser that does just that, and nothing else & also does not hog my system recources.

I love IrfanView http://www.irfanview.com/
If you get the plugins you can read a lot of RAW formats, too.
