Very nice find, Jim!
I use a DOF calculator with my Sony CLIE handheld, but I think I'll print out several hard copies to have in the photo backpack.
Thanks!

nice!
I just want to make sure I'm using it right. For a DRebel, CoC=35mm and the lens focal length it's the "nominal" focal length, not 35mm equiv. Is it correct?

For the DRebel (and 10D) you should use a custom CoC ~= 0.015 and use the actual lens focal length.

I thought that 10D and Drebel are like 35mm with cropping, but cropping should not change DOF. I guess, I thought wrong.

Cropping doesn't change the the CoC. However, enlarging the digitally cropped image to full sensor size (i.e. by a factor of 1.6) makes the .025 mm disc which looked like a point now look like a circle. So you have to find a smaller disc on the image that is 0.015 (.025/1.6) mm in size to again recognize it as a point and not a circle. This defines the new size of the CoC.
See http://dfleming.ameranet.com/digital_coc.html#coccalulator and related pages for more.
