Love this thread. some of the cars here are sportier than others, but everyones seems to share the same love for their car(s). I'm dissapointed that I have yet to see a ZX2 on the thread yet, as well as a Shelby or Mustang II. I have the ZX2, My dad has the Cobra, and my mom has the Shelby.
I'll add my car and bike later.

The first picture shows my car the way I like to see it. The second picture shows that it is an every day car (unlike my parents’ mustangs.) The second picture also shows that my car is a transformer, (it transformed from a ZX2 to a Prius overnight [another thing that I haven't seen in this thread].) And as for the quality, both of these pictures were taken with my Motorola k1m (Krazer [1.3 megapixel]) so it isn't the best.

Everybody who's anybody knows the white Shelby GT is the one to get!
The white ones may be rarer than the black ones, but the black ones look a hell of a lot meaner. And the Vista Blue ones are rarer yet and look real good. And the rarest of them all are the orange 08's (California), but I really don't care for those. I guess I really don't like white cars all that much, but if I did get one it would ether be the 07 Shelby GT, or the Evo VIII (Shelby would be worth a lot more down the line).
Too bad I can't drive the Shelby because I'm only 18, and even with a perfect driving record the insurance is insane.

sorry... no offense... but the Shelby GTs are quite a bit overpriced for what you get IMHO... $12K for mostly appearance stuff... hmmm... no thanks...

The Bullitt was nice... very simple and clean looking. Dash was a bit much... over all it was ok... certainly wouldn't pay sticker for it.... LOL

Yep, Roush and Saleens are overpriced also... Personally i would never bother with those either... I would deal with my local high-performance Mustang shop...

not a bad dime, im about to sell my 91 rcsb 2.5l iron duke 5 speed. wanting a 2wd s10 blazer 98-00 but all there is.. is 4x4 :(

heres a picture of it NOW after new front end from deer, and a 2nd picture of it 2 days after hitting a deer at 65mph, liability insurance=$500 front end out of my pocket, trucks sitting at $5000 with purcase, and engine still needs more.. i purchased some clear grille markers, but they havnt arrived after 3 weeks, seller wont contact back.. so im gonna put my amber bumper signals in before selling it, and sell the clear ones with the amber LED bulbsthe list of engine problems keeps growing so its time to move on.
no power steering, no abs, no a/c-needs filled from deer, no p/w,p/l

Thanx, i've always had old cars, a 66' and 81' Coupe Deville, 73' Impala, 76' and 78' Montecarlo, 77' Lincoln Continental Mark V and some other ones i cant remember. I was never into pictures so i never took any of them, now i regret it :(

Only Buick i've had is a 85' Riviera.

And for those above me low riders and hot rods really aren't my style, I prefer the fast and sporty look. But I just can't help but respect the amount of time, money, and artistic creativity that goes into them. Each one is different (which is nice since alot of the newer cars look alot alike). As far as cars go the only ones that I really don't care for are the exotics. There are exceptions (Benz, BMW, Ashton Martian) but I just don't like the wine of their engines. I prefer the American V-8 (and the chrome in the classic muscle).

This was my first attempt at using a strobe set up on a car (it was only my second attempt at using strobes period). A friend gave me a Novatron 1000 kit when he got his second Hensel kit, so I am going crazy with it now! Taken with a 40D.

The car is my 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution 8 with a 2.3L stroker, stage 3 Buschur head, 3" turbo back exhaust, O2 housing, Evo 9 Hotside, 264 cams, etc, etc...

Used to own a 1996 A4 1.8T Quattro Avant myself. Very amuzing car. (I think I posted a photo of it earlier in this thread but I can't remember)

Did alot of mods (larger turbo, injectors, downpipe, exhaust, front mounted ic, etc.) so it put out somewhere right above 300 hp (150 stock). Eventually sold it to a friend who wanted to take it to 450. Bought a more reliable Volvo with 250 stock hp and 319 with easy stage 3 mods.

The A4 still had good milage when driven carefully on long drives. But it was hard not to do kickass uphill takeovers in the wagon :-)

I'm new in on POTN, so I'll start with showing my car. :)

Honda Accord Tourer 2.2 i-ctdi. The sedan version of this Honda Accord is known in the US as Acura TSX, but a stationwagon, like the one in Europe is not commercialised there I believe. In Japan and Australia it's called Euro Accord. Having it since January 2007 with 65.000 km on the clock (app. 40k miles I believe). A true work horse and loads of space to move gear and kit around. ;)

They can be bought through official dealer channel with 17", but I'd prefer the 16", mainly for cost reason. ;)

Yeah, gas is crazy expensive. They, Chrysler, say that the new MDS system that comes on HEMI engines from 2006 and up will make a 3mpg city/5mpg highway improvement in fuel economy. That's only if I don't tromp on the pedal all the time though, but what fun is that!?!?

Mine only had the 4.6L and it would get about 15mpg average driving. If I drove only highway miles it would get 19mpg. Since I drive so much I had to sell it and get something better on gas. I miss it though.

Nah, but I know who you are talking about. I saw his for sale on zilvia.net a while back. I actually ordered mine from Volk brand new and in better sizes. That guy in MN was running 17x9 +0 & 18x9.5 +12. I am running 18x9.5 +12 & 18x10.5 +15 :)

Yes sir, the stock halfshafts make for whimpy launchs. Very easy is best until I go solid or upgrade the halfshafts. Both cars have the 2.3 whipples. The coupe is at 21lbs and the vert is at 17. Thanks for the props on the slobras.
