ummm...a stock one is ok as long as you know what you are getting yourself into. Mine on the other hand is FAR from stock. Fully built race motor, supercharged, race seats, 6 point harnesses, JRZ coilovers...now working on the new aero and air to water IC. sooo...its fading into a full track car.

Looking good man. Kinda looks like the front takes a diffrent offset than the rear by the way the wheel/tire is sticking out a bit in the back. Could just be the way the bumper tapers though. Very clean lookin car.

i haven't removed the front roll bar yet to get it lower, also the back has 20mm spacers on the back to widen the wheels.

Great shots of the Z. Its nice to know that if I ever end up getting one, it won't be brand new. That body style is a modern classic and the 370 they just messed with it. I have a Pontiac Grand Prix that's the same color red and it does lean towards the orange side under certain lighting conditions.

Yeah the Carrera, it sucks for someone who works alot of hours and do not have the luxury time to do hand-wash.

you can tell what his tire and wheel sizes are by looking at that photo? I'm impressed. Just because you see a different offset doesn't mean a thing. You may be right that he has larger tire in the rear, you may not. I personally cant tell from looking at the photo but either way it still looks good and I think thats what he was going for.

tires are 225/40/18 all around wheels are 18x9.5 in rear and 18x7.5 in front

It's true. Lowering Hondas and Acuras creates more toe-in which creates more wear on the contact patch which is the inside of the tires because of the camber from the drop. Straighten out your toe angle and you've got even wear on the tire AND you have a better contact patch for hard cornering.

Function on that stagger? I think a larger contact patch is very functional whether your driving on the street or the track.

His comment is true, technically. You can have 0 degrees camber and 2 degrees toe in and you WILL get tire wear. Contrary to that, you can have 2 degrees of camber and 0 degrees of toe and you will NOT get tire wear. Now if you have 2 degrees of both camber AND toe in, the additional camber is only going to increase the effects of the wear from the toe in.

Yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm an electrician so I would always get calls asking "why doesn't this work" or "can you fix this". Heck, (before my wife an I were married) once my father-in-law found out I was an electrician, that's when he finally decided to do the house remodel that he was planning for 10 years prior. It was mostly him and I, for 3 years, the whole house. I just tell everybody who asks that I work in the office now. They always look so let down.
