Hello everyone, Shot a gig the other night in "The Night Owl" Now if im honest i cant remember this Bands name, il try and find out.

This band was a hard rock kinda band, you could tlell they were really nervous and they didnt move much lol.

solid stuff. they look like a really young def leppard.

This is the same venue that you did Rattlesnake Remedy at.

I think that set is stronger. Hope you agree or don't mind. Love your commentary on the differences in shooting Rattlesnake Remedy versus these guys. Why you seemed to really "connect" with Rattlesnake Remedy (presuming you agree that the RR set is distinctive from this one).

Well, at least they are out doing something productive...:D :D

You did them justice with some pretty good captures...well framed and nicely composed... 2, 3, and 4 have the nicest color balance and framing...however, i would check the grain out and then crop the second guy out in # two... also consider cropping the bottom out of it too...

They look serious at their attempt to entertain, and their concentration or focus should be commended... maybe it will lead to more serious gigs...

I trimmed/cropped # 2, here it is ( a 3x5 crop)...would have done another sample with just his head, hair and upper body from the waist up, with the left arm cut off at the elbow, but the pic didn't enlarge sharp enough.

Nice crop there John, i like it, but about the grain its really dark there, and so i use high ISO and thus grain (350D) i think those were taken on a 30D, but only got my 350D and 50 1.8 tonight, thanks to my mum (long story) nothing to bad just more annoying.
