Not bad at all, I never shoot tennis for what its worth, but these look good to me.
My main complaint would be that the feet got cut off.

Tennis seems like it would be very difficult. I'm going to be doing my first Tennis match soon for my college, so I'm hoping I can catch on quickly.

I like #2 for action.
Whenever I start to shoot a new sport, I search sportsshooter.com for pros doing good work to accelerate learning.
Example for tennis (wow):

Thanks, tennis is a little tricky, but I think I will like it. I'm going to try men's tennis on Sunday and I'll post the results.
Thanks

In almost every photo of tennis that i've ever taken, the players seem to have a pained expression, strange hand position, or something that makes them look similarly awkward.
I think the colors in the first seem a bit dull, and if you're able to get a faster shutter I'd try that out. The angle seems decent as does the timing. I'd say that for a first effort it's pretty good.

Well, I see a Western style grip (with the dominant hand in the same position that it should be in for a proper two-handed backhand), so that probably produces a lot of the technical errors that you may be observing.
