Nice detail for f4.0 at 1/100th of a second. I do have to try using my xti at iso 1600, I just hear so many stories about the high noise that I refrain. I think that lens may have to be my next purchase.

It was so hard to shoot this wedding, we were not allowed to use flash during the ceremony... the best lighting thankfully was around the bride and groom at the altar! But the lighting in general was over all very dark! Some of my shots do have noise, but not so much that it's overly bad....

I love love love my 70-200!!! It's f/4.0 non IS but as you can see... hand held it still does a great job!

Thats hilarious! No butt crack( promise:rolleyes:) but did take a few messy shots.thing is, I think there is a dead something in the pipe:shock::shock::shock:One 10 foot piece is refusing to lets us snake it.so hubby is on his way back from Home Depot with the BIG KUHUNA!:p( I kept telling him his snake was too short....:o)

Note to self...next time I'm on the Island...look up Gail and order some of that racked salmon...I love salmon...especially Pacific Salmon. Yes, there definitely is a difference in taste from Atlantic Salmon...not that I would turn down Atlantic if offered.;)
