rebate question concering delt

Hello all i have a question concering the caono rebates that are out right now. If i were to buy a lense that qualifys for the rebate like 28-70 2.8L there is a 100$ rebate on it. Now if i were to buy that lense from say delta interinal, would i still qualify for the reabate considering delta is gray market merchandise?Any help would be appriteced. Thanks everyone

If your lens is grey, you will not qualify for US warranties.
