Does anybody own this color?
I wanna place my order today but I am unsure of the color. I found two pics of the bags but only one looks olive. They both say olive so I wondered which was the correct color.
Here are the pics I found. I like the first color but not the second, so im hoping the first color is correct

That second bag looks like "Emerald" not Olive.

I have all the exact same inserts that come in that one inside of a manhattan portage bag. :p don't own one though.

I've seen olive Domkes, don't own one (I prefer tan) and the ones I've seen (commonly among military personnel) have been like the first one, a real OD. Last I saw, the Emerald Domkes had tan leather trim instead of the matching or contrasting trim of the others.

Actually I prefer the tan also, the olive (if its the first pic) just seems to be a little more low key. People see that olive (military color) and assume military, not photographer ;)
There was a post somewhere and a lady I believe said she had this color, Im trying to find that post to PM her.

Its a guy named Cathpah. You were involved in this thread Jon and even came up with a slogan "vary the carry (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showpost.php?p=2024405&postcount=18)"

I've got film leader retrievers in several of them too, and I haven't loaded film into a camera since 2001 or so.

Yeah, I'm one of those. But its on the wish list right now.. ;)
That'll give me some time to figure out if I want tan or black.

I got my bag a couple days ago and I love it  The color is just like the first image of the two pics I posted.
The shoulder pad is also great and make s a big difference. I carried the bag around an hour or so without it and the strap irritated my neck. I then attached the pad and wow, what was I thinking even trying it without.
Just the right size for my expanding gear ;)
I really cant do a review as this is the only camera bag I have owned for a DSLR.
I will post pics later
Again thanks for everyones input ;)

They give me abetter idea of what the bag looks like.
How much smaller is the f2 compared to this bag.

The F1x is
exterior- 18 x 8.5 x 9.5 (W,D,H)
interior- 17 x 6.7 x 9.0
F2
exterior- 16.5 x 9.0 x 9.6
interior- 12 x 6.5 x 9.0
so the outside of the F1x is only 1.5" longer, but the inside is a whopping 5" longer

Wow! I didn't realize there was that much difference in the interior.
That's amazing!!
Thanks for the info and the pics.
