Press it down firmly. If that doesn't release it, carefully take hold of the card with fingernails or tweezers and pull. SD cards have an abysmal ejection method - about the most trouble-prone one in existence.

i pressed down and it releases the half of the card. but the remaining , i cant pull it . i woryy about damaging the pins. if i force it , is it possible to damage them ?

If it popped up half way, that's all it's supposed to do. You won't damage the pins - they're external fingers making contact.

If reasonable force doesn't work, I guess that you will have no choice but to bring the camera to the service center.

finally i could eject it . but i have another problem. i searched the forum and found the same question with no reply. when i turn my camera to a light source one or two vertical lines appear on the LCD. these dont affect pictures but the videos. any suggestions ?

I believe you're seeing what's called "sensor bloom", which is akin to lens flare in still work. I believe it's related to how the CCD sensors work, and there's not a great deal that can be done (by the photographer) to mitigate it except for keeping light ources out of your shots.
