you could try setting your exposure meter to centre weighted so that it concentrates on the jet skis and doesn't take so much notice of the great white wall of spray

The subjects seem a little dark. I would lighten them up a little bit. See if you could adjust the shadow/highlight of the subjects. I would say probably the second photo is the best of them all in my opinion. I don't mind the angle of the guy going around the boui. The focus is on target though and maybe some creative cropping could help a little bit as well. I hope that helps.
