If you go to the Canon UK web site page for the EOS 1D Mark II.... the window title in Internet Explorer is

Canon UK - OBSOLETE_EOS-1D MARK II

Any of you lot with deposits down want to reconsider? :lol: :lol:

Wow!. Canon is really pushing the limits in developments cycles! :)
Not yet in the market and already obsolete. They are really thinking ahead :)

If you look carefully, the title above the pic of the 1D Mark II is found under: Home > For Home > Product Finder > Film SLR Cameras > 1D Mark II and IMHO, it is saying that film is now redundant (obslolete) by way of the 1D Mark II.
