Batch B&w or Sepia Conversion

Okay...I know some of you much more advanced digital photogs must know how to batch convert your pix into B&W or Sepia....I'm so tired of doing them 1 by 1...

Any time you use the word "batch" you should write an action and run it using the batch system in photoshop. If you shoot RAW you can do B&W in most RAW convertors, with Photoshop CS3 beta you can do sepia in RAW too.
