Reflection's

While taking shots of people I always seem to get reflection's in their hair (almost looks like it is wet) How do I avoid this ?? Or do I need to just break down and purchase an external flash ? :mad:

you could try and difusse it by putting tissue paper over the flash. Or bouncing it with a index card. I have used both before I got a nice flash.
