Nude photographers battle stereotypes

Christine Conforti of Paterson is proud of her round rear end.
So while posing naked last summer for "Inside Out," a project by noted New photographer Anna Siano, Conforti and others joked about its size to break the ice and calm her nerves.

Within minutes, it felt natural to bare it all.
"Once you're nude, it's over. You're done," said Conforti, 43, president of the Ivanhoe Artists Mosaic, an artists' community organization in Paterson. "You don't even feel like you're nude. "

A photographer told me once that he only does nudes if they laugh to this:
(Client): Do you take pictures in the nude?
(PG) No, i prefer to stay in clothes!!
