Nice Shots. I like # 2,3,4. Can't pick just one, though, sorry.

I just LOVE the perspective in #'s 2, 3, and 4. Sorry that's not helping :p I'm just a sucker for cool perspective tricks :D

I'll vote for number three. I really like the rock in the foreground and the transperancy of the water in the foreground. Four is very similar but I like three just a little more.

I'm sorry but I find a lot of these verdicts a bit of a 'safe' choice if that makes any sense. They're all rather good, though I'm not a fan on no. 8, but they are all also still quite 'reserved' in their impact. I do however find a real soft spot for no. 7, the b&w one, which has something different about, a bit grittier.

i guess the question is then, what would you consider to be not safe? ;)

That's a good question... I know the answer but how to define it is different... It's like trying to tell someone exactly how big the universe is and make them actually realise.

Erm...

I guess I just prefer to see stuff that has more than just the visual element to it. If it's a portrait, let there be tears. If it's photo-journalism, let there be rioting, not by the rioting youths but by the establishment, if it's motorsport, let the car be secondary and art come first, if it's landscapes please god let there be more to it technically or conceptually than a pretty postcard picture.

It's so difficult to describe. I saw a photo recently of a vulture circling a starving child in some war-torn country, apparently a famous photo. The fact the photographer was so plagued by the photo he'd taken and the surroundings he was in, he committed suicide shortly after was what made it 'unsafe.'

I see no. 7 above as less of a 'safe' shot than the others, and I admire whatever it is that made me ponder that shot more than the others.

Back on topic, sorry. :(

Three. Incredible capture of depth. You can easily walk right into this one. Colors pop, too. Great composition.

All great shots, though.

If I had to hazard a guess, the 10-22 for all but the last. Gotta love Opanda ;)

They all tell a different story. Hard to pick just one. I like #3.

It's between #3 and #4 for me.

Because of the large rock in the foreground in #3, which I think takes up a bit too much of the image, I would probably say #4.

Numbers 2 and 3 - I guess when I look at them I really wish I was there.
