Well, it was bound to happen. The 1D MkII Ebay scams. Check out the link. Hurry it is only a 3 day auction.

All of a sudden $4500 seems like a "steal".

Oh, went back and checked out the auction again. It has many extras:
Camera Bag, Extra Battery, Extra Memory, Lens, Lens Cleaning Kit, Memory Reader, Tripod
That's the difference.

I reported the seller to Ebay. Too many red flags:
Seller in Hungary
3-day listing
Seller has no history and only recently joined Ebay
Item for sale (two of them) not on the market yet
I wonder about the other items he's selling.

Might be some well meaning people...
If I see a scam auction soon to end (ie n tim eto report it) I use a second ebay ID to bid silly money for it so no-one else get stung.
