i want a crumpler million dollar bag but am undecided on which one to go for,
i have a Lowepro Mini Trekker AW http://www.jessops.com/Store/s6688/0/Backpacks/Lowepro/Mini-Trekker-AW-(Black)/details.aspx?&IsSearch=y&pageindex=3&comp=n for all my gear, but want something a little smaller and less look at me ive got a camera style of bag to take out and about to events when i only need say my 400D with the 70-200mm F4 IS, and 85 1.8 to football, concerts and tennis (Wimbledon)
so my question is which bag out of the 2 would be ok, the crumpler 6 or the 7 million dollar bags?
would prefer it to be smaller but not if its only fractional?
thanks for reading
anyhelp would be great
cheers Luke

Sounds like the 6 mil would be suitable for you.

wow! that looks good, and you have room to spare, do you think i would be able to fit the 70-200mm F4 attached to the body, not a massive necessity but would help?
thanks for replying so fast.

do you think i would be able to fit the 70-200mm F4 attached to the body,
Perhaps, but the velcro connecting the flap and the front probably wouldnt do up. But there would still be the clip on it.
Best bet would to keep it separate.

Just to throw another wrench into your monkey, might I suggest the Domke F3X...
Picked this one up from B&H and it arrived yesterday. Fits my 70-200 F4 IS, 17-40 F4, 430EX, 50 F1.8, P&S A40, an old pair of Bushnell's, and all the accessories (batts, cards, blower, hoods, etc) quite comfy in a relatively small package. I can have either the 70-200 or 17-40 mounted (vertically only, though) but cannot leave the hood on the 17-40. The side pouches hold a lot more than they look to be able, and the bag feels well built all around.
Took it for a walk yesterday and it seemed to be comfortable enough to work out of, and might have been easier if I wasn't wearing my jacket.
Before deciding on the Domke, I was looking at the 6Mil & 7Mil. I may still pick one of those up for when I want to look a little more stylish as the Domke looks more like a Military type carry.
Good luck!

I use the 7MDH and really like it.....the difference between the 6 & 7 is fractional so opting for the slightly larger bag is a good idea. My 70-200 will not fit attached in the upright position which is a minor drawback.

I've got the 7 million dollar bag. Our a recent cruise the bag held the following:
1. Rebel XTi with 17-55 attached (lens hood on 17-55)
2. Canon 24-105 with lens hood attached
3. Canon 10-22 with lens hood attached
4. Canon 70-200 f/4L (lens hood reversed)
5. Rocket Blower
6. Cleaning equipment
7. Memory cards
I was able to easily reach in grab the camera, or other lenses with no problems.
Hope this helps you.

stefeb,
that helps too, the 7 mill sounds great! just it is a little bit bigger then i needed, you have quiet alot of gear in your bag, that i wouldnt need to take, so i guess ive made the right choice, in the future ive always got the choice to upgrade
so thanks for helping mate
