hi there,

does anyone know of a supplier for wedding albums in the UK, i can't seem to find anything that is priced reasonably and of good quality here. they are either dispurportionately priced for what you get or are of such poor quality, they practically fall apart in your hands.

any recommendation would be sincerely appreciated.

thanks

You really should have taken the opportunity to go to Focus on Imaging, to get a real feel for the different quality / price points.
As a starter I'd recommend Spicer Hallfield for traditional type albums and Graphi studio or Glorious Books for digital albums. Spicer Hallfield should have a local distributor where you can check out the quality.

Thats who we use as well although we looked at quite a few more whilst we were at FOI and may give some of them a try this year.

http://www.sim2000imaging.com/ - Are uk based and do the same sort of albums as Graphistudio plus a few others besides.

http://www.memorycollections.co.uk/ I think this is the company that I recall from FOI, they had some traditional style albums at a really reasonable cost.

Lol ... I just did a google search for "album suppliers at focus on imaging" to see if there was a specific list of them, and the 3rd result was my own blog :E

blogtastic !! Good demonstration of the importance of keywords/phrases when you write your blog posts :)

Ditto all the above. Most Calumet branches stock Spicer Hallfield.

There's also G.F.Smith Photomount and Versatile Albums who both offer a range of albums and printed books.

Calumet near Euston station are great if you're buying Spice albums. But, the range is changing (or might have changed now) and they were short of sample copies.
