i've been looking to get a new bag for a few months now. i really like the design of the crumpler backpacks, especially the rear entry because my 70-200 took a leap out of my unzipped bag and was introduced to the ground in a not so pleasant manor.
anyways, my current set up is:
rebel xt w/bat grip
tamron 28-75 f2.8
tokina 12-24 f/4
canon 70-200 f/4L
kit lens
the usual accesorries (filters, chargers, cables, etc)
i will also be throwing in a flash, extension tubes, and maybe another lens or 2 very shortly. i will also be getting my hands on a mark II(n) soon
i purchased a keystone bag and it was just too small. so...i'm looking at either the whickey and cox or the karachi outpost. the problem i noticed with the keystone is that with the camera in there, it didn't seem possible for my laptop to be in their also. i realize that with the larger packs, the laptop sleeve is offset more from the bottom, allowing for the cam to be at the bottom, lens up and the laptop should fall past(above) it.
i'm trying to get info from those who have experience with this set up. should i settle for the cheaper, smaller whickey and cox, or just go for the karachi outpost and be done with it? i don't want the bag to be jam packed
