Flash website template and gallery help needed

Looking for some help with a flash template and galleries. I've read tutorials but I still don't get how to link images in the second set of thumbs or "where" to find them. I was able to find and exchange in my own photos for the first 10 thumbs... but can't figure out "where" the next set of images are for me to exchange in my own. I bought the template because I am no website guru and simply wanted to exchange photos and text and leave the rest alone. Hoping SOMEONE out there might be able to help me out with Macromedia Flash MX2004. Anyone willing to give it shot?
