I called yesterday about my D60 order. I'm #55 in line.
Some reps will say "We can't give you that information", but I said "Hey, look. We're talking about a $2200 camera here, not a cheapo disposable. It's been a month already, I think I deserve more info on where I am in line."
They *CLAIM* to be getting between 50 and 70 cameras per order... That seems reasonable considering 2 weeks ago I was #145 in line.
Of course, i'm also ASSUMING they're being truthful.
