I'm sorry, but in My humble opinion this has ruined what appears to have been a decent photo.Perhaps a more subtle effect would have worked better?

I love it. It looks like a water color painting. It has very vibrant colors too which would make a great wall hanging. I'd love to see the actual picture to compare.
