The first shot strikes me as being very sad as obviously younger kids have been displaced from their home....I didn't think there were places like that in Malibu.

I can't believe there is an abandoned anything on PCH in Malibu. I thought every shack had been remodeled into a luxury home by now.

I definitely know where zebra is coming from, the picture made me a bit sad too. It looks lonely in there. It made me automatically think things like "Why?" or "What?" All those toys lying around, just bummed me out.

I always feel the best photographs (and books!) are the ones that make us feel something - good or bad. These definitely evoke emotion. Thanks for sharing.
