What did you use to get the border around your pictures?

Thanks, it is an action I did in photoshop for resize, and add the frame, as far as I remember first you need to resize the picture, then resize the canvas 3 times, the firs time adding 2 pixels to the actual size and putting black as backgroud (fill color), the second around 8 pixels increase using white as fill color, and finally like 12 pixels in the 3rd using black as fill color.
